I teach work and organizational psychology, research methods and statistics, good scientific practice, and the responsible use of AI in academic work – in German and English, from first-year seminars to PhD workshops.

Supervision

PhD co-supervision on human–AI interaction in healthcare: AI decision support for mental healthcare (LMU Munich, 2022–2026) and AI decision support in ophthalmology (TH Augsburg, since 2022).

Master’s theses on, for example, technostress among leaders through AI integration, meta-analyses of future work self salience, virtual patient simulations in psychotherapy training, and predictors of clinicians’ intention to use AI-enabled decision support. Several theses were graded 1.0 and contributed to publications in the Journal of Medical Internet Research and the Journal of Vocational Behavior and to a meta-analysis currently under review.

Bachelor’s theses on entrepreneurs’ error appraisal and coping, work events and job satisfaction, and ambidexterity and entrepreneurial performance (University of Groningen).
