I study how people evaluate, trust, and work with artificial intelligence in consequential decisions – in healthcare, in organizations, and in research itself – and I develop and apply the quantitative methods needed to study these questions rigorously: meta-analysis, multilevel and latent variable models, intensive longitudinal designs, and AI-based measurement.
