I am very happy to share that since October 2026, I have been Interim Professor (W2) of Organizational Psychology (Vertretungsprofessur) at TU Dresden for the winter term 2026/27. It is a special return: I completed my Bachelor’s degree in psychology at TU Dresden in 2016.

Work and Organizational Psychology in Socio-Technical Systems – lecture and seminar for Master’s students (in English), on how people, technology, and organizations interact at work.

Work and Organizational Psychology – seminar for Bachelor’s students (two groups, in German).

In addition, I continue to teach Good Scientific Practice for doctoral researchers and students at TH Augsburg.

More on my courses and teaching materials is on the

In Dresden, I continue my research on
human–AI interaction – how people evaluate, trust, and work with AI in consequential decisions – and on
thriving, careers, and well-being at work. I look forward to connecting with colleagues at TU Dresden, including the Else Kröner Fresenius Center for Digital Health, with whom I already collaborate.

Students interested in a thesis on human–AI interaction, AI in research and education, or careers in the age of AI are welcome to
